06 August 2026. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of MockTest, operated by Leena Software Solutions, a Sole Proprietorship owned by Milan Manohar Salvi. Please read them before you register, pay for an exam, or take a test.

1. About These Terms

This document is a computer-generated electronic record published in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules made under it. It does not require any physical or digital signature to be valid and binding.

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Leena Software Solutions, a Sole Proprietorship owned by Milan Manohar Salvi, having its registered address at Shree Satyam, Plot No 65, Flat No 104, Sai Section, Ambernath East, Thane, Maharashtra, 421501, India. Leena Software Solutions owns and operates the MockTest platform at https://mocktest.milansalvi.com. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Leena Software Solutions.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, paying a Fee, or allowing a Student to take an exam, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Platform.

The following documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of this agreement:

2. Definitions

Payment Gateway
Razorpay Payments Private Limited, the payment aggregator that processes online payments made to us.

3. Description of the Services

MockTest is an online mock test and practice examination platform for school students. It is a digital service delivered entirely over the internet. No physical goods are sold, packed or shipped.

The Services work as follows:

  • A teacher or administrator creates an exam, adds the questions and the correct answers, sets the total marks, the pass marks and the time limit, groups students into a class, and assigns the exam to that class.
  • A Student signs in and takes the assigned exam on screen. The exam is timed: the countdown is maintained by the Platform, and the exam closes when the Student submits it or when the time expires, whichever happens first.
  • Answers are scored automatically against the answer key that the teacher entered. No manual marking is involved for objective questions.
  • The result — marks obtained, total marks, pass marks and the pass or fail outcome — is available to the Student and to the teacher once the exam is closed.
  • The submitted answers can be reviewed question by question, so the Student can see which answers were right and which were wrong.
  • Where a re-attempt option is offered for an exam, the Account Holder may take that exam again. Each re-attempt is a separate transaction and, if the exam is a paid one, a separate Fee is payable for it.

Some exams are made available free of charge and some carry a Fee. Where a Fee applies, the amount is shown to you in Indian Rupees (₹) before you authorise the payment. Current Fees are published on our Pricing Details page.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

An account on the Platform may be registered and operated only by an Account Holder who is 18 years of age or older and who is competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The Account Holder must be one of the following:

  • a parent or legal guardian of the Student; or
  • a teacher or an administrator authorised by a school to register and manage accounts for its students.

A Student who is under 18 may use the Services only under the supervision of that Account Holder and with that Account Holder’s consent. Where the Student is a child, that consent is the verifiable consent of the parent or legal guardian, or the consent of the school acting through the teacher or administrator it has authorised. We do not permit a person under 18 to open or operate an account on their own behalf, and we do not enter into a contract directly with a Student who is a minor.

The Account Holder is responsible for all activity that takes place on the account, including everything done by a Student using it, and the Account Holder is the party liable for payment of the Fees.

You agree that you will:

  • provide accurate, current and complete information when you register, and keep it up to date;
  • keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with anyone else;
  • supervise the Student’s use of the account and of any exam taken on it; and
  • tell us at once, at support@milansalvi.com, if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

We may refuse, suspend or close an account where the eligibility requirements in this clause are not met.

5. Licence to Use the Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and to payment of any applicable Fees, we grant the Account Holder a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform and the Services for the Account Holder’s own educational purposes. This licence expressly includes use by a school, teacher or administrator for the education of the students in its care, including creating exams, assigning them to classes, and reviewing the results and answers of those students.

Under this licence, you must not:

  • resell, rent, sub-licence, redistribute or otherwise make the Services available to any person outside your own school, class or family;
  • copy, download, scrape, harvest, index or otherwise extract question content, answer keys or result data in bulk, by manual or automated means;
  • republish, publicly post or circulate our questions, answer keys or explanations in any form, including in print, in a study guide, or on another website or messaging group;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Platform, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
  • share, sell or transfer login credentials, or allow a person who is not the registered Student to sign in and take an exam; or
  • remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice on the Platform.

We may revoke this licence if you breach these Terms. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.

6. Acceptable Use

When you use the Platform, you agree that you will not:

  • register using false, misleading or another person’s details, or impersonate any person or school;
  • allow any person other than the registered Student to take an exam on that Student’s behalf, or otherwise cheat, collude or use unfair means during an exam;
  • attempt to view, capture, record or extract questions or answer keys outside the normal course of taking or setting an exam;
  • use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper or other automated means to access the Platform, or attempt to bypass the exam timer, the scoring logic or any access control;
  • upload or transmit any virus, malicious code, or content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, infringing or harmful to a child;
  • probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Platform, interfere with its normal operation, or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure; or
  • use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Indian law or prohibited by these Terms.

Where we detect cheating, impersonation or an attempt to extract exam content, we may void the affected result, suspend the account and take the steps set out in clause 11.

7. Fees and Payment

Fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) on the exam screen and on our Pricing Details page, and the exact amount payable is shown to you before you authorise the payment. There are no hidden charges.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Leena Software Solutions is not registered under GST, so no GST is charged, no GST rate is shown separately and no GST invoice is issued. The amount displayed is the total amount payable.

Fees are one-time and are charged per exam. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, no auto-renewal and no standing instruction, e-mandate or auto-debit of any kind on your card, bank account or UPI handle. Nothing is ever charged automatically. Where an Account Holder chooses a re-attempt of a paid exam, that re-attempt is a fresh transaction that you must authorise separately at the time.

Payment is processed by Razorpay Payments Private Limited. Your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking password and similar payment credentials are entered on the Payment Gateway’s own secure interface. We do not collect, see or store your card details on our servers. We retain only the transaction reference details that the Payment Gateway returns to us — such as the order identifier, the payment identifier, the amount, the payment method and the status — so that we can grant access to the exam, issue receipts, and handle refunds and grievances.

Access to a paid exam is granted only after the Payment Gateway confirms that the payment has succeeded. If an amount is debited but the Platform does not confirm the payment, please write to support@milansalvi.com with the order identifier and the payment identifier, and we will reconcile the transaction with the Payment Gateway and either grant the access or refund the amount under the Cancellation and Refunds Policy.

8. Payment Processing

Online payments on the Platform are processed by Razorpay Payments Private Limited in its capacity as a payment aggregator. When you make a payment, the processing of that transaction — authorisation, capture, settlement, and the handling of your payment instrument — is carried out by the Payment Gateway and is governed by the Payment Gateway’s own terms of service and privacy policy, in addition to these Terms. You should read those terms before you pay.

The Payment Gateway is an independent service provider. It is not our agent, our partner or a party to this agreement, and it has no responsibility for the Services themselves. We remain fully responsible to you for delivering the Services you have paid for, for the accuracy of the Fees we display, and for honouring the Cancellation and Refunds Policy. A problem with the Services is our responsibility to resolve, and you should raise it with us at support@milansalvi.com.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. That policy sets out exactly when a refund is available, how to request one, and the time we take to decide. Every request is assessed against the published criteria in that policy.

Where a refund is approved, it is initiated back to the original payment method used for the transaction, through Razorpay Payments Private Limited, within 5 to 7 business days of approval. The time the amount takes to appear in your account after that depends on your bank or card issuer, and is typically a further 5 to 10 business days. Section 6 of the Cancellation and Refunds Policy sets out the full timeline.

To request a cancellation or a refund, write to support@milansalvi.com from the email address registered on the account, quoting the order identifier and the exam concerned. If these Terms and the Cancellation and Refunds Policy ever differ on a refund question, the Cancellation and Refunds Policy prevails.

10. Service Delivery

The Services are delivered electronically. Access to a paid exam is provisioned immediately on payment confirmation, and in all cases within one business day. Nothing is dispatched by courier or post, and no delivery charges apply.

Full details, including what happens if access is delayed, are set out in our Shipping and Service Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account, or withdraw access to a particular exam, where:

  • these Terms or the acceptable use rules in clause 6 are breached;
  • there is cheating, impersonation or collusion during an exam, or an attempt to extract or republish question content;
  • the registration details given to us are false, or the eligibility requirements in clause 4 are not met;
  • a transaction on the account is reasonably suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorised, as described in clause 12;
  • the school that authorised a teacher or administrator account asks us to close it; or
  • we are required to do so by law or by a competent authority.

Except where immediate action is needed to prevent harm, fraud or a breach of law, we will give the Account Holder notice at the registered email address and a fair opportunity to respond before we suspend or terminate an account.

Effect on exams already paid for. If we suspend or terminate access for a reason that is not attributable to you — for example, we withdraw an exam or are unable to deliver it — any exam that you have paid for and that has not been delivered is refunded to you in accordance with the Cancellation and Refunds Policy. If we terminate because of a breach by the Account Holder or the Student, an exam that has already been delivered and attempted is not refundable, and any remaining paid but undelivered exam on the account is dealt with under that same policy.

The Account Holder may stop using the Services at any time and may ask us to close the account and erase the personal data held on it by writing to support@milansalvi.com. We action erasure requests within 7 days, subject to the records we are required by law to retain, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Clauses that by their nature are intended to survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and jurisdiction — continue to apply after an account is closed.

12. Fraudulent Transactions

We may investigate any transaction that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, unauthorised, or made using a stolen or misused payment instrument. While such an investigation is open, we may withhold or pause access to the exam that the transaction relates to.

If we take that step, we will notify the Account Holder at the registered email address, tell them what we are investigating, and inform them of the outcome. We cooperate with Razorpay Payments Private Limited, with the issuing bank and with law enforcement where required, and we will share the transaction records necessary for the investigation.

Where a transaction is confirmed to be fraudulent, the amount is returned to the genuine holder of the payment instrument through Razorpay Payments Private Limited, and we may terminate the account concerned under clause 11. Where the investigation shows the transaction was genuine, access is restored promptly and in full.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you raise a chargeback or a payment dispute with your bank or card network, that dispute is handled under the rules of the card network or payment system concerned and through the dispute process operated by Razorpay Payments Private Limited. We will cooperate fully and will supply the supporting records — the order and payment identifiers, the timestamp, the exam that was purchased, and the access and result logs for it — to the Payment Gateway and to the bank.

While a chargeback on a transaction is pending, we may pause access to the specific exam that the disputed transaction paid for. We do not withhold access to other exams on the account that were paid for separately and are not in dispute. If the dispute is decided in your favour, the amount is returned to you through the same process. If it is decided in our favour, access to the exam is restored.

A chargeback is usually the slowest route to a resolution. If something has gone wrong with a payment or an exam, please write to support@milansalvi.com first — most issues are resolved far more quickly under the Cancellation and Refunds Policy.

14. Content and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform and in the Services — including the exam content, the questions, the answer keys, the explanations, the result formats, the page text, the layout, the design, the MockTest name and logo, and the underlying software and code — belong to Leena Software Solutions or to its licensors. They are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership right to you. You receive only the limited licence described in clause 5. No other party, including our Payment Gateway, holds any ownership interest in the Platform, its content or its software.

Where a school or a teacher uploads its own question content to the Platform, that content remains the property of the school or teacher who created it. By uploading it, that school or teacher grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, score and store that content for the sole purpose of delivering the Services to the students it is assigned to, and confirms that it holds the rights necessary to do so.

A profile photograph or avatar uploaded to an account remains the property of the person who uploaded it. It is used only to display within that account on the Platform, and it is removed when the account is deleted.

15. Disclaimers

The Services are educational practice material. MockTest provides mock tests and practice examinations so that a Student can rehearse and measure their own preparation.

We do not guarantee any examination outcome, score, rank, percentile, selection or admission. A result on the Platform is an indication of performance on that practice test only. It is not a prediction of, and creates no entitlement to, any result in a school examination, a board examination, a competitive examination or an admission process. We make no claim that using the Services will improve marks by any particular amount.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any examination board, university, examining authority or government body, and nothing on the Platform should be read as an official paper of any such body. Nothing on the Platform is professional, career or admissions advice.

Exams are scored automatically against the answer key entered by the teacher who set the paper. If you believe a question or an answer key is wrong, please tell us at support@milansalvi.com and we will review it and correct it where it is in fact wrong.

We work to keep the Platform available and accurate, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Access may be interrupted by scheduled maintenance, by a fault at a hosting or network provider, or by an event described in clause 18. Where a paid exam cannot be delivered because of such an interruption, the Cancellation and Refunds Policy applies. A Student should also ensure a stable internet connection and a supported browser before starting a timed exam.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Platform or the Services. This includes loss of opportunity, loss of an expected mark, rank or admission, loss of goodwill, and loss of or corruption of data.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim, or series of connected claims, arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the amount actually paid by you to us for the transaction that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leena Software Solutions and Milan Manohar Salvi against any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, your infringement of any third party’s intellectual property or other rights, content you upload to the Platform, or any activity carried out on your account. We will notify you of any such claim and will not settle it without first consulting you.

18. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for a failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where that failure or delay is caused by an event beyond its reasonable control. Such events include natural disaster, flood, earthquake, fire, epidemic or pandemic, war, riot, civil unrest, act of terrorism, strike, failure of a public telecommunications or power network, failure of a hosting or payment infrastructure provider, and any order, restriction or action of a government or regulatory authority.

Payment obligations already incurred are not excused by this clause. Where such an event prevents us from delivering an exam you have paid for, we will either reschedule access or refund the Fee in accordance with the Cancellation and Refunds Policy.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is to be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if that is not possible, severed. The remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

20. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms, or your account, to any other person without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, to a successor of the business, provided the successor agrees to be bound by them and your rights under them are not reduced. We will give you notice on the Platform if that happens.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation and Refunds Policy, the Shipping and Service Delivery Policy, the Grievance Redressal page and the Pricing Details page, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Platform and the Services. They supersede all earlier understandings, representations and communications on that subject.

22. Waiver

If we do not enforce a right or a provision of these Terms on any occasion, that is not a waiver of that right or provision, and it does not prevent us from enforcing it later. A waiver is effective only if it is given by us in writing and it applies only to the specific instance for which it is given.

23. Privacy and Data Protection

The personal data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the rights available to you are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform you agree to the handling of personal data described in it.

We act as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Because the Services are used by school students, personal data relating to a child is processed on the basis of the verifiable consent of the parent, legal guardian, or the school acting through the Account Holder. We action a valid request for erasure of personal data within 7 days, and we report a reportable personal data breach to the Data Protection Board of India within 72 hours. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

The date at the top of this page always shows when the current version took effect, and the current version is always published at https://mocktest.milansalvi.com/policy/terms_of_use.php.

Where a change is material — for instance a change to the Fees, to the refund position, to the licence granted to you, or to the limitation of liability — we will notify Account Holders by email at the registered address or by a clear notice on the Platform before the change takes effect. If you continue to use the Services after a change takes effect, that constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the Services and ask us to close your account, and any exam that you have paid for but not yet used will be dealt with under the Cancellation and Refunds Policy.

26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, the Platform or the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.

Before starting any proceeding, please raise the matter with our Grievance Officer under clause 24 so that we have a fair opportunity to resolve it.

27. Contact Us
